A Special Message from CPSA

28th Annual International Exhibition & Convention

With great disappointment, the CPSA national governing board regrets to announce that we are cancelling the 2020 CPSA convention, scheduled for July 29–August 1 in Safety Harbor, Florida.

As previously announced, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 28th Annual International Exhibition will be presented online this year. The list of accepted entries will be posted on the CPSA website no later than July 10—sooner if possible. The exhibition will open July 15, 2020, when awards will also be revealed.

The entry deadline is May 31, and that deadline is now only days away. Please don't wait until the last minute to enter. Late entries will not be accepted, even if due to technical difficulties. For details about entering, please read the updated prospectus carefully.

This is an exceptionally good year to enter because:

  1. An online exhibition means no framing, shipping, or cartage costs for you.

  2. The later deadline means more time to complete your entries.

  3. Acceptance counts toward earning signature status or merit awards.

  4. Cash prizes still available, including the $5,000 Best of Show and CIPPY award.

If you have questions after reading the prospectus, please email Anda Chance directly at exhibitions@cpsa.org.
